With every new year comes new challenges, traditions, and resolutions. It’s time to reflect on everything that has happened over the last twelve months.

It is a time to set goals for the coming year to improve our lives and ourselves. #NewYear, NewYou.

Every time the new year comes around, I consistently take a mental note of what goals I would love to accomplish. And I always participate in the holiday tradition of making New Year’s resolutions.

Unfortunately, I never accomplish them because I always forget to start working towards my goals. I feel it’s too late by the time I remember, so I give up on those resolutions entirely.

Creating a healthy lifestyle for 2024 and beyond.

As you all know, I’m immunocompromised, which means I have a weak immune system, dubbing me chronically ill. I also live with chronic pain, depression, and anxiety.

So, I decided that for 2024 and the following years, I will strive to create a healthy lifestyle. This goal won’t be a one-time thing, and not just for my physical health but my mental health as well.
